On your first appointment, you'll tell me your health goals. We'll also talk about your medical history, current lifestyle routine, and any areas you struggle with.
You then get to lie down and receive your treatment on the most comfy treatment bed.
We'll close the sessions with some recommendations you can immediately implement to achieve your health goals, and we'll set a time for you to come back and review your progress.
£80 Initial consultation: 90 minutes
£70 Follow-ups: 60 minutes
Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments are unique for each person. Your session may include Acupuncture and adjunctive treatments such as Cupping or Gua Sha Massage, Moxa Warming Therapy, and Manual Muscle Reset.
People often fall asleep; I call it an acu-nap! Leaving their treatment feeling deeply relaxed.
Cosmetic Acupuncture & Facial Rejuvenation
During a cosmetic acupuncture session, we review your goals, look at any previous facial treatment you may have had, and discuss your facial care routine.
I take a lot of care when treating any areas you're particularly concerned about, and I love zooming into those to achieve the best results.
Oh, and you get to power up the effects of facial acupuncture by getting LED light therapy as part of your treatment.
A minimum of six sessions are recommended to substantially reduce wrinkles and other signs of ageing.

This is a luxurious acupuncture treatment to improve circulation and brighten and plump the skin on the face. All my facial treatments include body acupuncture to address systemic imbalances and support your health and wellbeing holistically.

This really is the most relaxing treatment. Deeply cleansed skin is followed by:
- Holistic massage of the face, neck and décolleté focusing on acupressure points and lymphatic drainage.
- Gua Sha and Cupping to decongest, lift and bring extra blood flow to the face and neck.
- Optional Facial Acupuncture at no extra cost to stimulate collagen production, improve muscle tone and reduce tension.
- LED Light Therapy customised to treat acne, redness or facial rejuvenation.
- Body Acupuncture for a holistic treatment to leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised.
I use high-quality natural oils, skincare and crystal tools.
