Acupuncture & Naturopaty
On your first appointment, you'll tell me your health goals. We'll also talk about your medical history, current lifestyle routine, and any areas you struggle with.
You then get to lie down and receive your treatment on the most comfy treatment bed.
We'll close the sessions with some recommendations you can immediately implement to achieve your health goals, and we'll set a time for you to come back and review your progress.
£80 Initial consultation: 90 minutes
£70 Follow-ups: 60 minutes
Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments are unique for each person. Your session may include Acupuncture and adjunctive treatments such as Cupping or Gua Sha Massage, Moxa Warming Therapy, and Manual Muscle Reset.
People often fall asleep; I call it an acu-nap! Leaving their treatment feeling deeply relaxed.
Cosmetic Acupuncture & Facial Rejuvenation
During a cosmetic acupuncture session, we review your goals, look at any previous facial treatment you may have had, and discuss your facial care routine.
I take a lot of care when treating any areas you're particularly concerned about, and I love zooming into those to achieve the best results.
Oh, and you get to power up the effects of facial acupuncture by getting LED light therapy as part of your treatment.
A minimum of six sessions are recommended to substantially reduce wrinkles and other signs of ageing.

Holistic massage of the head, neck, shoulders and face, followed by Gua Sha, Cupping and Facial Acupuncture and bespoke Face Mask. The ultimate pampering experience for you or a loved one.

This really is the most relaxing treatment. Deeply cleansed skin is followed by a holistic massage of the neck, shoulders, and face, which is completed by facial acupuncture and body points. We top it all up with a mask tailored to your skin needs, leaving you refreshed and glowing.
I use high-quality natural oils, skincare and crystal tools.
