Hi, I'm Sarah
I'm a qualified acupuncturist and naturopath based in South East London. I specialise in helping people who are experiencing stress, anxiety and physical pain find ease and lasting relief.
I’ve seen how stress and physical discomfort often go hand in hand — especially when life has been busy, demanding or overwhelming for a long time. When symptoms feel stuck, it can be hard to know what to do next. My role is to help you untangle what your body is trying to tell you — and support you in feeling better in a way that’s thoughtful, achievable and sustainable.

I’ve experienced what it’s like to live in a body stuck in survival mode — and I know how powerful it can be when things start to shift. That lived experience is part of what shapes my approach: steady, supportive, and clinically focused.
Before retraining in acupuncture and naturopathy, I worked in both industrial and corporate settings — with an academic background in analytical chemistry and process engineering. That experience still shapes how I think: practical, curious, and grounded in evidence.
I believe in working with the nervous system — not against it. That means treatments that are not only effective, but also calming, paced and responsive to where you’re at.
As a fellow acupuncturist, I hold incredibly high standards when it comes to receiving treatment and I can honestly say that Sarah is one of the most dedicated knowledgable and caring acupuncturists I know.
Susi Mix
A wonderful treatment which left me boosted for days. Sarah has a warm and caring presence which puts one at ease immediately. She clearly cares for her patients and is full of precious advice.
Sarah's warm and genuine care during sessions, combined with exceptional aftercare, set her apart from most healthcare practitioners. I highly recommend her to anyone.
I'm fully qualified in both acupuncture and naturopathy, and registered with The British Acupuncture Council and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners. I trained at The College of Naturopathic Medicine and have focused my clinical work on the areas of stress, anxiety, and pain.
I’m always learning - staying curious and continuing to train so I can offer care that’s grounded in both clinical knowledge and truly useful in practice. Over the years, I’ve completed advanced training with international leaders in their fields, including:
Orthopaedic acupuncture with Dr Anthony Lombardi and Dr Dimitri Boules
Electroacupuncture with Stephen Lee
Musculoskeletal acupuncture integrating Traditional East Asian and Western models with Alex Brazkiewicz
Acupuncture for psycho-emotional support with Kenton Cefcik
Functional Breathing with Patrick McKeown
Fascia conditioning and functional movement with Bonnie Crotzer
Herbal medicine for physical and emotional resilience with Gabriel Forrester
Functional testing interpretation (hormones, gut microbiome, and blood chemistry)
And multiple seminars exploring the connection between gut health and mental wellbeing
This depth of training allows me to work with focus and care - drawing on what’s been shown to help, while always listening to what works best for you.
My approach is calm, considered, and grounded in clinical thinking. I’ll meet you where you are - physically, emotionally, and practically - and help you move forward in a way that feels clear and manageable.
If we’re working naturopathically, I do provide protocols - but they’re always paced and tailored. We focus on what’s most useful for you right now, not a long list of things to change all at once.
Whether we’re using acupuncture, nutrition, or nervous system support, my aim is to offer care that feels supportive, realistic, and rooted in both experience and evidence.

First...
Book a consultation
We begin with an initial consultation - a calm, considered space to explore where you are right now. I’ll meet you physically, emotionally, and practically, so we can create a clear, manageable plan grounded in clinical thinking.
Then...
Your treatment begins
I’ll create tailored, paced treatments or protocols focused on what’s most useful for you - never an overwhelming list of changes, but achievable steps that support steady progress.
Finally...
Ongoing support
We’ll have ongoing support and regular check-ins to ensure you’re feeling better and continuing to move forward. This is a collaborative process - adjusting as needed so your care stays effective and aligned with how you feel.

Outside of clinic, I continue to learn and teach — I supervise acupuncture students and teach Traditional Chinese Medicine at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, which keeps me connected to the wider profession and deepens my own practice.
When I’m not working, I love being outdoors — especially camping or cooking over a fire. I’m also a big fan of board games, theatre trips, and making time for the things that bring a bit of joy and playfulness to everyday life.
