Hi, I'm Sarah

I'm here to uncomplicate your lifestyle routine.

Like you, I felt okay-ish; there was nothing doctors could find wrong with me, but I knew I could have more energy, better mental clarity and skin radiance. I knew I was working at half-steam, and deep down, I was aware I wasn't investing in ageing well.

I looked for ways to improve how I felt, but they were either too difficult to keep up or didn't give me quick enough results to know whether or not I was on the right track.

I decided to retrain as a lifestyle medicine practitioner and acupuncturist. By spending hours researching the tips and hacks that would give me the best results, trying them on myself and suggesting them to hundreds of adults who've come to see me for health advice, I have distilled the lifestyle interventions that give the most results and are so effective that it makes them addictive.
